Yurei Ninja app good for
I love how u can combo strings and kill tons of enemy while still being a runner. Its very cinematic. Its very compelling even for short bursts. I want more!
Breathless, and now even better with the new update. Keep em coming! Love this game
This has to be one of the smoothest endless runners Ive ever played and have severely runners on my device. It runs very smoothly, NO BUGS OR LAG ISSUES. The controls are very smooth and responsive. Its slight different from other runners. Not a money grab at all except for the fact that ads play when returning to the home menu. Definitely worth trying. Highly recommended if you like ninja-related runners or runners in general but needs a new update its been s long time since theyve done anything new to this game.
Some bad moments
A lot of the times it doesnt register the swipes and taps properly.. Brand new iPhone 6. Its fun, but annoying to keep dying because my guy goes left instead of down. Also takes too long to get the Sakura flowers for a revive. So not very addicting
Love this game, slashing running and jumping! Collect those rubies!
This game is cool! I immediately liked the graphics... Rich colors and design. Though I am a novice game player the directions were easy to understand. Looking forward to playing more!
I play a lot of endless runner games. The reaction of the controls are sloppy. When you gain a ninja star, the entire fame slows down and interrupts your flow. The graphics are repetitive and it just doesnt feel realistic. Your main runner character is blocky.
Pros: rubies have a nice sound when you collect them.
Just as the header says. This game actually revs up pretty nicely after a bit, and the designs in general are pretty cool. Unfortunately, the controls feel stiff, and occasionally theyre wonky enough that they dont respond correctly. The shuriken attack is particularly bad; it only seems to work when it feels like working. Not only is the distance trigger not consistent, but sometimes it doesnt respond even when the icon appears. And they could at least tell you how new enemy types work before they kill you. Seriously, you tell me to slide into Berserkers AFTER one bowls me over? Come on.
So, yeah, the controls need tightening. And, honestly, some of the graphics look silly for this generation. That may seem like a minor gripe, but therere other runners that have more fluid animations than this one thatre a lot older. It looks clunky...especially during the end of every mission when your character turns around. Its supposed to look cool, but its hard to look cool when your heads clipping through your body as it ponderously rotates on its axis like someones twisting a dolls head off. And the clunky graphics kill any and all possibility of the Oni looking threatening. His awkward, stiff-hipped shuffle looks like a 90-year-old man cranked to fast-forward. Its almost hilarious.
This is a good game, but it definitely needs serious tweaking to make it more streamlined.
There are some game mechanics that are pretty weird, but other than that its a great game.
